With this digital Belbin test, you can invite all your team members and analyze your team. Determine what role your employees play in your team. Each team member fills out the test and learns what role they play and what strengths they contribute to the team’s success.

But that’s not all! Collect all your team’s results and analyze your team composition. In new projects, team members can work together in a targeted manner and, if necessary, add missing roles. In his well-known model, Meredith Belbin distinguishes between team roles. In total, he assumes nine roles in teams that should always be filled. As a professor of psychology, he dealt with the behavior of members in teams. He found that they occupy certain typical role patterns from which a team structure emerges. With the role model according to Belbin, teams can determine their strengths. However, they can also analyze where important fields of action (roles) are unfilled and where there is potential for optimization. In short: Do we have a sensible and good distribution of roles in the team?
