Our networking seminar and preparation course for the professional examination SALT:

The professional examination SALT for the federal certificate takes place once a year. This is always in the fall. The professional examination is only conducted directly by the association SALT itself.

We start our preparations in the spring.

• You have to submit a report in the summer. We will help you with this.
• The big written exam takes place in September. We practise with you from spring to September.
• The oral exam takes place in October. We also practise this intensively together.

You will graduate with the prestigious title of management specialist with a federal diploma. Specialist certificate as proof of your leadership qualities.

The preparation for the SALT professional examination is aimed at participants who would like to obtain the federal qualification as a management specialist SALT .

The focus is on networking and repetition of the content from Management SALT and Leadership SALT. Written examinations are also studied, the preparation of the introductory paper is accompanied and the oral examination is simulated 1:1. Our combination of repetition of the most important content and playing through the real exam situation produces the best results.

Admission to the professional examination SALT is granted to

a) is in possession of a federal certificate of proficiency for at least three years of basic vocational training, a school-leaving certificate or an equivalent qualification and has at least three years of professional experience, including at least one year as head of a team or group (deputy function on request);

or

b) has at least six years of professional experience, including at least one year as the leader of a team or group;

c) and has the required SALT module qualifications (Leadership and Management.
