Training for management specialists with a federal diploma Federal Professional Diploma

For all those who want to expand their leadership and management skills.
For all those who aspire to a supervisor role or are already in a management role.
For all those who aspire to a federal degree in management.
For all those who need maximum flexibility in terms of time and location and want to complete their degree independently thanks to digital courses.

Leadership SALT: Team leadership/group leadership, communication, presentation, self-knowledge, self-management, conflict management

Management SALT: Personnel management (HR for team leaders), general management (business administration/economics/law), change management (transformations for team leaders)

Preparation for professional examination: networking seminar included. Repetition of the management modules, practicing the written final exam and simulation/training of the oral final exam.

You will graduate with the prestigious title of management specialist with a federal diploma. Specialist certificate as proof of your leadership qualities. The “Management Certificate SALT-ASFC” and the “Leadership Certificate SALT-ASFC” are also included.

There are no special admission requirements for the Management SALT and Leadership SALT certificate courses, apart from several years of professional experience.

The following applies when registering for the final professional examination:

Admission to the professional examination is granted to

a. is in possession of a federal certificate of proficiency for at least three years of basic vocational training, a school-leaving certificate or an equivalent qualification and has at least three years of professional experience, including at least one year as head of a team or group (deputy function on request);

or

b. can demonstrate at least six years of professional experience, including at least one year as the leader of a team or group;

a or b and

c. and has the required SALT module qualifications or certificates of equivalence (for SALT Management).

Please refer to the information provided by the SALT. The SALT can also provide you with information on equivalence and approval.

Your investment for the training is CHF 3,997.50 with 50% subsidy. Regular CHF 7’995.-
No additional costs for teaching materials. You decide whether you really need the teaching materials. Everything is available in video form in our eLearnings.

The external examination fees incurred will be charged to you by the SALT-ASFC Association and are not included.

The module examinations take place externally at the SALT-ASFC. In March and September. We offer learning videos and intensive exam training on request.

The final examinations for the federal diploma The first two courses and the third specialist certificate take place once a year. We start preparing you in the spring so that you can successfully pass the professional examination in the fall.
