Leadership SALT: Team leadership/group leadership, communication, presentation, self-knowledge, self-management, conflict management

Management SALT: Personnel management (HR for team leaders), general management (business administration/economics/law), change management (transformations for team leaders)

Preparation for professional examination: networking seminar included. Repetition of the management modules, practicing the written final exam and simulation/training of the oral final exam.

At the end of the course, you will receive the prestigious title of Leadership Specialist with Federal Diploma. Specialist certificate.

The external examination fees incurred will be invoiced to you by the SALT association and are not included.

There are no special admission requirements for the certificate courses Management SALT and Leadership SALT, apart from several years of professional experience.

Admission to the professional examination SALT is granted to

a) is in possession of a federal certificate of proficiency for at least three years of basic vocational training, a school-leaving certificate or an equivalent qualification and has at least three years of professional experience, including at least one year as head of a team or group (deputy function on request);

or

b) has at least six years of professional experience, including at least one year as the leader of a team or group;

a or b and

c) and has the required SALT module qualifications (Leadership and Management.

Info: For the modules Management SALT there is also the possibility of recognition of other training courses. This is known as confirmation of equivalence. This is only possible through SALT. SALT can provide you with information on equivalence and admission. Enquire directly at SALT, see SALT.

The module examinations take place externally at the SALT . In March and September. We prepare you intensively with our exam trainings.

The professional examination / final examinations for the eidg. Certificate takes place 1 x per year. We start preparing you in the spring so that you can successfully pass the professional examination in the fall.
