Technical questions

Most E-Learnings consist of videos, learning questions, documents and much more. If documents are available, you will find them in the individual lessons in the menu “Documents”, just above the video.

E-Learning is – as the term suggests – a digital self-study module. You can access it online, but you cannot download it completely.

You have access to the individual E-Learnings for about 3-6 months or until you have completed the course. What is achieved earlier applies.

If you are attending an apprenticeship with a degree, we will adjust the access period to the examination cycle.

The date indicates the validity period of the course. The validity period tells you how long you have access to the course.

Our website and E-Learning platform is fully responsive. You can log in directly via browser from your smartphone or tablet. The content adapts to your device.

Try restarting the computer. If this does not work, contact the person in charge of your IT infrastructure.
