General questions about the products and services
Most E-Learnings consist of videos, learning questions, documents and much more. If documents are available, you will find them in the individual lessons in the menu “Documents”, just above the video.
E-Learning is – as the term suggests – a digital self-study module. You can access it online, but you cannot download it completely.
You have access to the individual E-Learnings (i.e. a single course) for about 3-6 months or until you have completed the course. What is achieved earlier applies.
If you are attending an apprenticeship with a degree, we will adjust the access period to the examination cycle.
For example, you have access to Leadership SALT for 6 months. As the exams take place every 6 months.
The date indicates the validity period of the course. The validity period tells you how long you have access to this particular course.
Technical questions
You can change your current password in your account.
You can also use the forgot password function at any time.
Our website and E-Learning platform is fully responsive. You can log in directly via browser from your smartphone or tablet.

How can I install Lumturo Academy as an app on my cell phone?
Android cell phones:
- Open your browser and go to lumturo.academy.
- Tap on the three dots at the top right of the browser.
- Tap on “Add to home screen”. You may have to scroll down to find this option.
iPhones:
- Open the Safari browser and go to Lumturo.Academy.
- Tap on the “Share” icon at the bottom of Safari. It looks like a square with an arrow pointing out of it.
- Scroll down the list of options and then tap on “Add to home screen”.
- If you don’t see “Add to home screen”, you can add it. Scroll to the bottom of the list, tap on “Edit actions” and then on “Add to home screen”.
I receive an e-mail every time I log in. Is this correct and can I deactivate this notification?
