Overview
Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. Digital products are excluded. It must also be in its original packaging.
Some types of goods are excluded from return. Digital products and services such as E-Learning, instruments, tools, webinars or similar cannot be returned.
Additional items that cannot be returned:
- Gift cards and vouchers
- Downloadable software products
- Digital learning and E-Learning courses
- digital Instruments and analysis tools
To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations in which only partial refunds are granted:
- Book with clear signs of wear
- Boxes and other printed matter that have been opened.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts that are not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Delayed or missing refunds
If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. It often takes a while for a refund to be posted.

Sale article
Only items at the regular price can be refunded. Reduced or sold-out items cannot be refunded.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. As soon as the returned item has been received, a gift voucher will be sent to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase or the gift giver sent the order to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver(s) and they will be notified of your return.
Shipping returns
If you wish to return your product, please send it to the following address: {see Lumturo contact form}.
You must pay the shipping costs for returning your item yourself. The shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, it may take a different amount of time for your exchanged product to arrive.
If you are returning more expensive items, you should use a trackable shipping service or take out shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
The general contract language is German. The terms and conditions have been drawn up in the original language and contract language German. All terms and conditions in other languages have been automatically translated using technical aids for the purposes of courtesy only. In the event of discrepancies, translation errors or different interpretations, only the terms and conditions in the contract language German shall apply.
