Overview
Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Some types of goods and articles are completely excluded from returns.
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Downloadable documents, PDFs and the like
- Digital learning and eLearning courses
- Digital instruments and analysis tools
To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations in which only a partial refund is possible:
- Books with obvious signs of use
Cardboard boxes and other printed materials that have been opened.
Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts that are not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited back to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Delayed or missing refunds
If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Then contact your bank. It often takes some time for a refund to be posted.

Sale items
Only items at the regular price can be refunded. Sold out or reduced items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange an item, please send us an e-mail to {email address} and send the item to our address in Switzerland.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item has been received, a gift voucher will be sent to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase or if the gift giver sent the order to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.
Shipping returns
To return your product, please send it by post to our address in Switzerland.
You must bear the shipping costs for returning your item yourself. The shipping costs are non-refundable.
