Use the password you received and the e-mail address you registered with to log in to Lumturo Academy. If you have forgotten your password or e-mail, please use the “Forgot password” function.

Please check your spam folder. If you still have not received an e-mail, please use the “Forgotten password” function. We will send you a new password by e-mail immediately. If you do not receive this e-mail, please contact your e-mail or Internet provider.

The eLearnings are not downloadable products. By registering on Lumturo Academy, you can create your own personal user account, including a password. Interactive Learning Profile. You have access to your learning profile at any time and can complete the eLearninigs there (depending on the validity period) at any time.

The code you have received is a coupon code. This is only applied when purchasing products in the shopping cart and is not used for login/registration. When you log in/register, the system automatically creates a password, which is sent to the e-mail address you provided and can be changed by you.

Log in to your learning profile. In the Courses menu, you can access all the courses you have purchased as well as your own personal and interactive Lumturo Academy learning profile.

Use the link that was sent with the order confirmation email. Download the documents and save them on your device (computer or laptop).

If you have not received an email, log in to the Lumturo Academy website with your account and go to “My purchase account”. You can find your products / documents in the “Downloads” menu. Please save them on your device within 7 days from the order date. After that, the download authorization expires.

Mostly eLearnings consist of videos, learning questions, documents and much more. If documents are available, you will find them in the individual lessons in the menu “Documents”, just above the video.

The date indicates the validity period of the course. The validity period tells you how long you have access to the course.

Try restarting the computer. If this does not work, contact the person in charge of your IT infrastructure.
